LOCKDOWN UPDATE

Following government guidelines and recent lockdown updates, we will be closing our Nottingham city center store until further notice. However, we will be operating at the Carlton store for click & collect and deliveries only. You can order from our Carlton store by calling the number: 0115 998 1224 (Click to Call) . Please let us know what you would like to order during the call and we will give you the information to do a bank transfer payment. Once we receive the payment, we will contact you to let you know that your order is ready for collection at our Carlton store. Collection for your order will be done outside of the shop, keeping a safe distance and using a face covering unless exempt. You can still order from our online website and choose click & collect, process will be the same, but collection will be done outside the shop yet again. Phone orders will also have the option of having their order delivered. Deliveries will be done through royal mail with delivery charge of £2.99 or free with orders over £40. Operating days and hours for phone orders will be 7 days a week 9am – 2pm. Orders placed for delivery before 1pm will be processed same day. Collection for click & collect orders will have a cut off at 2pm. Thank you for your custom and stay safe!
