The purchase of products from NG Vape is governed by these terms and conditions. Please
read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Descriptions
Our descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide only. We try to give as much
accurate information and look of our product to be as truthful a depiction as possible but
NG Vape cannot be held wholly responsible for any minor differences.
Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes
arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts
in England to which NG Vape and the customer hereby submit.

Liability
NG Vape, to the extent allowed by law, will not be held liable or responsible for any direct,
indirect or consequential damage or loss arising out of products sold from the site or shop
or other referred to items in these circumstances:
● for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
● for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of NG Vape or their
suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.
Payment
All payments must be paid prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been set up and
authorised by NG Vape in which case payment should be made within 14 days from the
date of invoicing. NG Vape has the right to withhold products and suspend further

deliveries until the payment/s have been resolved and paid. We accept all major credit and
debit cards.

Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. These prices can be changed and NG Vape
reserves the right to amend prices, without prior notice, at any time. The amendments will
only be made prior to an order or contact. Any tax or duty that needs paid will be charged
at the current rate at the time of dispatch. All delivery charges and credit card changes are
additional.

Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and
quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory
regulations.

Security
PayPal and Secure Trading use state of the art security tools and techniques, both
proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Time of Order
Orders received by us before 1pm (GMT) during working days will normally be dispatched
on the same day. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

Title to Goods
The property and title of all goods and product will remain that of NG Vape until full
payment has been received. Upon receiving payment, the property and title will pass to the
customer.
